As i mentioned in part 1 of this blog, about how to become healtheir in the aspect of food and beauty care. In this blog i will be talking about how to control diseases, in other words what is the core of diseases.

 

During my irritable bowel disease IBD, i discovered another defect! Unfortunately in the medicine industry.  It took the doctors 3 years to diagnose my IBD. The whole experience was horrible!!! It made me develop a hate for hospitals. Long story short, I noticed that medication became more like BUSINESS and less of a HEALTH CARE. The way the doctors played the “COME BACK LATER” game was DISGUSTING.  Indeed, how little they care about people’s health and how little they fulfil their duty is very disturbing; to watch doctors who are suppose to be the WORLD’S LIFE SAVERS are instead not caring at all or trying to kill their patients! I had more than one doctor telling me “ Leave because your case is not as dangerous as cancer ”. I kid you not this was a private expensive hospital.

Emphatically I learned valuable lessons from this experience. one of which in this century it’s best if one return to nature for healing. In nature one can find EVERYTHING he needs.  Stocks of Nature are enough to heal an illness and keep wellness. I realised that all diseases are cased and depending on these 4 key factors:

  • Phycology .
  • Healthy diet .
  • Spirtual health.
  • Habits.

 

You see, Healing is 70% psychology, 25% food and 5 % medication.  Sometimes you won’t even need the 5%. Because every disease begins in the mind. You might be taking extra care of your health but if you are thinking , visualising and feeling illness before it happen. You’re basically manifesting it.  All my life i stuck with a healthy lifestyle, yet no matter what i did I always ended up getting sick more than the average person.  Until I had the courage to become fully honest with myself; i was subconsciously desiring death and illness, like a thirsty child in the desert.

Non of my healthy eating tips will benefit you if you aren’t willing to get healthy. So acknowledge the hidden repulsive desire for illness and start doing this: label a cup “Abundant Health ” using a sticky note. Every morning drink the recipe (I’m going to prepare with you right now) in this cup. But before you drink it imagen and feel how it’s like to become 100% healthy. While concentrating on the cup. Put all your energy in this cup, then drink!

RECIPE: In a cup add…

  1.  1 tsp of ANISE seeds.
  2.  1/2 tsp of fennel seeds.
  3. 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  4. 1 tsp of raw honey ( optional).
  5. 1 tsp of green tea ( optional)
  6. Add boiled water .

MUST PREPARE THE DRINK AT NIGHT & LEAVE OVERNIGHT, THEN DRINK THE FOLLOWING MORNING WITH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE .

 

I want you to wield this recipe, because I have seen wonders using this drink. I was permanently cured from IBD and premature menopause a few months after constantly drinking the recipe. Also my dad saw a drop in cholesterol,  balance in testosterone level and cure of digestive issues. Beside the benefits of this drink, what I asked you to do before drinking it, Is basically manifesting health. So when you drink the recipe it won’t target just physical health. I noticed that self realisation is always misunderstood. Self realisation is basically looking within yourself. Acknowledging yourself as a being, completely with all your flaws. Self realisation process usually happens during hardships. Because that’s when we get challenged and forced to grow into the best version of ourselves AWARENESS IS THE DOOR TO CHANGE.

 

Whether you’re motivated by pain or you’re lucky enough to have a supportive source of love. Either way you need to push. You have to do the work and put tremendous amount of effort. Life can bless you with something. But if you don’t deserve it, it wont be long until you lose it. The key to owning something permemnently is to EARN IT.

 

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS WITHIN YOU. Yes! This statement is absolutely true, you are gifted. Yet you have a duty to give. You need to do your part in order for god to manifest your dreams. For some the effort required is greater than others. The battles and suffering is doubled. But the reward is also doubled. In every battle you grow in knowledge; imagine how wise you will become at the end. This shows us the mercy and blessing of god on us. That even through the hardships there’s GOOD for us. We’re always blessed. What a beautiful reality. ❤

I know you’re here to improve your health but before I reveal the secret to an infinite health; i want to share with you my journey towards a healthy lifestyle.

 

Lets talk food! It all begun in middle school when I was obese (89 kg). I still remember how I hated the feeling of my thighs touching each other! I wanted to cut my fats with a scissor, literally this is how fast I desired to get rid of my fats.  Fast forward i dropped from 89kg to 44 kg in 3 months. I BECAME INSANE! I was slowly drifting into the path of Anorexia. But luckily saved myself out of it, by not following any DIET.  Instead I listen to my body. Through it i learned that someone’s diet might not work for you. Indeed our bodies are different. Don’t blindly following others! Experiment with yourself to see what works for you.  I believe all these diets are out there for us to benefit from.  For example; I have a very sensitive stomach where i can’t digest most things. So a vegan diet worked well for me. White my sister is un-vegan and doing just fine.  WE DONT HAVE THE SAME PATH.  ACCEPT YOUR DIFFERENCES AND SEEK KNOWLEDGE .     

   

In order to modify your eating habit you need to learn about food.  About the benefits and danger of food. This way you limit the excuses of the mind.  A general ruling that differentiate good from bad, is the sun. The longer the food is exposed to the sun. The healthier it is.  Making green vegetables the most nutritious. While food made in laboratory contain mostly empty calories ( un-nutritions ).  I mean JUNK FOOD is called JUNK for a reason.  For more information , check Dr Sebi- alkaline food .

Through out my life i found so many things are best as ORGANIC OPTION, that we are fooled by many companies who just want to sell their product. For example the idea of using a shampoo!  Our aunt sisters never used a shampoo to keep their hair strong and healthy.  Instead they used natural substances like olive oil, coconut oil, milk and egg ( for hair mask). What’s funnier is that every time i washed my hair with shampoo it got more damaged. When i replaced my shampoo with apple cider vinegar, the change was astounding! I surmounted my dead hair! What makes home remedies IDEAL is that they suit everyone. My friend who have a straight hair got the same AMAZING result when using Apple cider vinegar.

INSTRUCTIONS>

  1. Add 2 to 3 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water .
  2. wash your hair with Apple cider vinegar.
  3. Wait 1-2 mins then rinse with water.
  4. As a result your hair should be strong and shiny.

In case of over use of ACV (acidic) your hair might feel a little too rough, you can balance the error by using a raw food hair mask ( works as a conditioner) or coconut oil / olive oil after the shower. GET CREATIVE! IF YOU CAN’T THEN EMULATE OUR AUNT SISTERS.

How to over come depression 😁🙋‍♀️

924f5a09622532a29b3e69310a1d0e66So you are depressed! Let me ask you a few questions  before you scroll down. Why are you depression? Do you actually care about the “thing” that made you depressed? Do you think you can control your life & your depression?

 

Often people say “You can’t control what happen in the external world, but you can control what happens inside of you”  what if I told you you actually can control the your external reality, and that it’s  nothing but a reflection of your inner state of being.  The only reason you’re depressed is because you always focus on the negative and what you focuse on you will shall find. It’s  a simple a this!

 

The truth is there’s no good or bad , instead everything is neutral in nature. Our mind is the instrument that define good and bad. When your mind patterns is defining everything as BAD no wonder why you’re  depressed!.  Negative thinking patterns develop negative low emotions such as sadness, depression, anixity and madness..etc  These emotions then develop a reaction and the reaction become your reality.  You’re reaction controls the event, the event doesn’t  ontrol your reaction. For example when you’re stuck in a traffic jam you can simply enjoy the sunset view, turning this moment into joy or focuse on the crowd and build up frustration.

 

The key of happiness is to look at everything as it is. With a neutral perspective. No judgment. Exactly how Shakespeare said ” NOTHING IS GOOD OR BAD BUT THINKING MAKES IT SO ” .
This is the absolute life reality. No situation is either good or bad. Instead our thoughts are what define the situation. When you start perceiving things from a neutral perspective you will realise the sense of ease. Because you’re accepting the situation as it is, which allows the energy to flow.  There’re no resistance or negativity.  It’s such a blessing of inner peace! Furthermore, neutrality is obtained with a very high vibration, (a high level of consciousness).  Thus you can’t effortlessly achieve a neutral mentality.  Yet you can practice neutrality by being aware of your judgement.

 

Catch yourself when you judge a situation as good or bad. Then ask yourself the reason behind your judgement. At this moment it will become clearer to you, that it’s your mind and not the reality of the situation.  Now! try to look at the situation from a neutral eye; to do so you must search for the good and the bad. Once the two possibilities are present in a situation you’re basically tricking your mind into opening a door of CHOICE. Your mind can no longer play the victim mentality.  But you’re now in control and freedom of choice. You can either choose to react positively or negatively.

Everywhere I went I found broken pieces of beautiful hearts. I tried to become the key to EVERY door. But is it possible? Can one free all?

I know the power within me is far beyond the limits. “It seems like a hard task ” my inner doubt whisper, as I became more desperate for the mission.

Book after book, I thought i was ready! I took every shot that life grant me.  However, the results didn’t satisfy me .

Finally on a cold night. I realised that one does free all. But it can’t be me or you. It must be the one above us ALL.

Is it your life that’s horrible ? Or your mind . THINK AGAIN.

Within every moment passing by there’s a lesson to be learned. While others might differ in this matter. I say it’s our intentions that creat our reality. As William Shakespeare said  “NOTHING IS GOOD OR BAD BUT THINKING MAKES IT SO” .  

 

Which is absolutely true! everything is NEUTRAL. Nothing is created as evil or good. Everything in this universe is given to us to get shaped. We who give the form and meanings of things. We who maricusly put things together and build a set of REALITY. An intention that begins in the mind is the former of the reality manifested. If the intention Is negative the outcome will follow the same energy. This applies on every process of manifestation. 

 

The Powerful thing about a LEARNER MENTALITY is that you become NEUTRAL, you no longer see with a fixed lens. Instead your intentions are pure; which helps you use your brain in making wise decisions. 

NOTE:  An act with negative intention is going to become a negative outcome; even if it’s considered a ” GOOD DEED” by the society. If it doesn’t contain pure positive intention it’s then toxic in nature.

THINKING + DECISION.

THINKING + DECISION = INTENTION 

People often think we take decisions after thinking but we don’t! Decision taking is a part of thinking . So Let’s say you’re exposed to a stranger. You’re mind automatically scan the unknown ( in this case the stranger) to make link it to the long term memory ( in the subconscious mind) and finally make sense of it.  After your brain have Successfully found a chain between the new information and your memory. It judge the current new information based on past experience.  IN THIS CASE : If  the stranger is a signer and you had bad experience with singers you might hate the  person or think negatively of him/her.

 

So can we really blame our circumstances on luck; when we’re the creators of our reality? The next time you dwell on something ask yourself

1. What do i think about it ?

2. What energy I’m attracting?

3. What outcome I’m manifesting?

Are movies ” just movies” ?

bladerunner2049-posterUsually people don’t believe movies. especially fiction-movies. They’re told that movies are false ideas. An imagination that haven’t come to life and never will. FICTION they say .  Well! every mental vision menifest itself if desired. Actually the filming of a movie; itself is a manifestation of the script. When the cast act they’re using the FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT menfistation method. They’re bring the film into reality by living it’s existence.

 

Moreover, the movie itself as a DETAILED VISION in the minds of all the responsible people, Get transmitted into the audience subconscious mind (in the long term memory) through the screen is a process of mind control plus manifestation of the idea on a larger scale. It doesn’t stop there! But as the energy is now within us, we live by it. Become it. Manifest it. Thoughts and words are powerful influencing tools. Yet there’s no greater instrument to brain washing someone than a CREATED VISION.  

 

lucy-3Every movie that have been published is derived from a TRUE FACT, no matter how fictional the movie is. If you do your’e research well you’ll discover the seed of the idea.  Take the film ” Lucy” for example; every fact in it is displayed UNREALISTICALLY to deny their existence. I’m not talking about the 100% of your brain thing! I’m talking about the principles based on the METAPHYSICS.

 

 All time travel movies are indeed based on the reality of metaphysics. The film creators try to endeavour the idea of time travel being a physical process. TIME TRAVEL IS NOT A PHYSICAL EXPERIENCE; OR THEN THE HUMAN BODY WOULD COLAPS.  the idea of time travel and energy control shown in “Lucy ” is nothing more than HUMAN EXPERIENCE.  yet it’s experienced mentally rather than  physically.  I think one must understand the limitless human potential, to digest this article.
