How to understand your own dream.🎑

IMG_20190130_221629_824.jpgDreams can be categorised into 3 groups: Nightmares (what I personally call dream of the devil), Emotional dream and A Message dream.

 

So let’s start with the 1st one, Nightmares. It’s super easy to distinguish a nightmare; since it’s usually frightening and displeasant. However, it’s essential to understand that nightmares are dreams where the devil influence is very high. The devil’s main goal is to disturb you as must as possible. Thus nightmares are unbearable. But don’t sweat it! Nightmares can never hurt you in real life, I mean they’re even fictional sometimes..

Emotional dream; is a self made dream. Just you and your imagination. It depends alot on your emotional state. For example your stress or worry can reflect in such dreams. Emotional dreams are usually fictional and doesn’t cause any harm either.  Furthermore, the over thinking of a dream while you’re awake is the problem.  As i always mention in my blogs, EVERYTHING IS ENERGY.  Negative thoughts are negative energy that will manifest itself into your life.  Do yourself a favour and don’t let dreams eat your brain.

 

Emotional dreams usually contain lot’s of fiction and unexplained signs. Which can be translated from a psychological perspective. Beside, such dream is often forgotten after waking up. Because it’s nothing more than  emotions expressing themselves, with the help of your creative mind.

Moving to the last and rare kind of dreams, a message dream. Yes! Dreams can be a message from your creator and No! you don’t have to be any special to receive these dreams. Such dream is very clear. It pretty straight forward, with no hidden messages.
The key sign for spotting a message dream is that you won’t feel any unpleasant emotions, when you wake up.  Instead It’s very peaceful.

What the world say, is not your reality. 👁⚡

I was in a gathering the other day where everybody BRAGED. Showing off what they have and did. Naturally I just don’t like talking about myself, especially showing off. So i stayed silent. The following days I realized the change in attitude. Obviously the one who showed off the most or in the society’s eyes is “Great” and “Wealthy ” was given respect and honnor. Where for me I was discounted. As a result I got taken by the negativity, not that they harmed me but the act of racism or segregation by itself is negative.

 

 

Just because i dont show off my greatness, doesnt mean i’m not great“.  This thought bought me back to my senses. It’s insane how we can think less of ourselves and believe in other’s opinion of us. Yet worst, make it our reality.  We live in an age where Trend is stronger than one’s own voice.  Indeed, the society tremendously influence how we perceive ourselves.  THE ASCH CONFORMITY EXPERIMENT;  is a psychological experiment done in the 1950’s. The experiment revealed the degree to which a person’s opinion is influenced by those of groups. It proved that the society can suppress our voice. In fact, people were willing to ignore the reality and give an incorrect answer inorder to conform to the rest of the group. You’re great and you don’t need to prove it!  No, you don’t need to mimic the fales greatness ( The Greatness measured with materialistic properties, which motivate us to show off and brag instead of  act and impact). Greatness is already within you. The true greatness.  At the end the only memory will be left of you after you die, is the memories you gave to others.  Not your big house or your fancy cars, But how many hearts did you touch. To conclude, just think wiser and become aware of the effect on society on your mind.

Limitations are within you not outside of you.

tom-cruise-mission-impossible-fallout-2018-5p-1280x2120Your body can do anything your mind command it to do. Your mind is your limitation.  If you continue doing something at a constant pace with NO MIND ( no thinking) you can go on until infinity.

How humans do the “impossible “. It’s not that they’re any special, but they have learned to not give attention to the things that stops them.  Fear, physical pain and self doubt are mental limitations that shows up when your about to do something new. They’re fight or flight response from your mind to stop you and keep you “safe”.

 

In order to overcome these intense signals you must shut down the mind! Mute the mind. Don’t think of the pain or your surroundings.  Don’t  distract yourself with future or past thoughts either. Because if you do so you’re not effectively by passing the physical pain ( mental limitations), you’re disattaching yourself from your entire physical body. This might be dangerous in such case’s like sports. In other words lossing sense of your legs when your heavy lifting might make your posture colaps!

1. Have a strong believe in yourself.

2. Mute the mind .

3. Continue the action you’re  doing at the moment with constant momentum.  Means constant velocity and infinit time.

4. Self talk, if needed!

Note: Self talking is a quality that require harmony with one self.  It’s usually present in those you believe in themselves. However, it holds no difficulties. One should just accept , love and forgive himself.

 

20181217_091009To conclude, limitation are within you not outside of you. You create your limitations through your mind. The time and opertunities of the external world is infinite.  It’s your choice to live with limitations or limitless.

 

How to over come depression 😁🙋‍♀️

924f5a09622532a29b3e69310a1d0e66So you are depressed! Let me ask you a few questions  before you scroll down. Why are you depression? Do you actually care about the “thing” that made you depressed? Do you think you can control your life & your depression?

 

Often people say “You can’t control what happen in the external world, but you can control what happens inside of you”  what if I told you you actually can control the your external reality, and that it’s  nothing but a reflection of your inner state of being.  The only reason you’re depressed is because you always focus on the negative and what you focuse on you will shall find. It’s  a simple a this!

 

The truth is there’s no good or bad , instead everything is neutral in nature. Our mind is the instrument that define good and bad. When your mind patterns is defining everything as BAD no wonder why you’re  depressed!.  Negative thinking patterns develop negative low emotions such as sadness, depression, anixity and madness..etc  These emotions then develop a reaction and the reaction become your reality.  You’re reaction controls the event, the event doesn’t  ontrol your reaction. For example when you’re stuck in a traffic jam you can simply enjoy the sunset view, turning this moment into joy or focuse on the crowd and build up frustration.

 

The key of happiness is to look at everything as it is. With a neutral perspective. No judgment. Exactly how Shakespeare said ” NOTHING IS GOOD OR BAD BUT THINKING MAKES IT SO ” .
This is the absolute life reality. No situation is either good or bad. Instead our thoughts are what define the situation. When you start perceiving things from a neutral perspective you will realise the sense of ease. Because you’re accepting the situation as it is, which allows the energy to flow.  There’re no resistance or negativity.  It’s such a blessing of inner peace! Furthermore, neutrality is obtained with a very high vibration, (a high level of consciousness).  Thus you can’t effortlessly achieve a neutral mentality.  Yet you can practice neutrality by being aware of your judgement.

 

Catch yourself when you judge a situation as good or bad. Then ask yourself the reason behind your judgement. At this moment it will become clearer to you, that it’s your mind and not the reality of the situation.  Now! try to look at the situation from a neutral eye; to do so you must search for the good and the bad. Once the two possibilities are present in a situation you’re basically tricking your mind into opening a door of CHOICE. Your mind can no longer play the victim mentality.  But you’re now in control and freedom of choice. You can either choose to react positively or negatively.

 

Let go of self identification ✳👁

It’s sad how we limit yourselves with a loop of our “Self identity”. When we’re limitless beings with limitless potential. Every identity you adopt takes away a piece of your freedom. You become ruled my the unconscious Ego .

What is an IDENTITY?

An identity is a tittle that you inherited by the society based on your Role / function . It’s also all the places you searched for yourself in. It’s extremely difficult to overcome the desire of self identification. But when you stop looking for “who you are ” automatically opens the door to the truth of who you are .

Identities are man made illusions. They’re created by the mind and feeds the Ego . As long as the ego inside you is alive, consciousness can’t take place. Only more limitations of the the false image will emerge; causing illusions like fear , over thinking , negativity …etc
Once you win the guts to cross your identity loop you’ll achieve salvation, fulfilment and being present in the now .
