Technology and culture are deeply interrelated. If technology change, social culture will change. Just how the industrial revolution turned people into a industrial humans; with different values and mass pursuers. The same thing will happen today! Indeed our contemporary experience of reality is not a new age, but time repeating itself.

But when change is enforced a great confusion is born, in our case a mass confusion where the truth is no longer distinguished. Philosophers  call such a crisis “A Future Shock . Undoubtedly people will adapt to advanced technology over time. Yet not everybody will “get it”. The majority of people will be confused which will lead to mental illness. Because the human brain is designed to protect when attacked and a future shock is a mental attack. 

 

How to survive in a future shock? 

  • Accept the situation, to heal you must accept. Change can be difficult at time. Matter of fact everyone deals with change differently. Don’t rush yourself, just work on yourself until you digest the reality. Have a positive mindset and eventually you will adapt.

 

  • Learn to unlearn, relearn and learn. In my opinion mind flexibility is Laterally the only key to future survival. In order to develop this skill need to constantly doing new things, exposing yourself to new experiences and don’t get too attached to any fixed form or title.

Why you need to understand the theory of omniverse.🍂🍃

The theory of paralle universes is also called omniverse, is a hypothetical group of multiple universes including the universe in which we live. Together,these universes comprise everything that exists. If so is true, then the universe consist of multiple parallel realities, each reality represent a possibility. Your present choice is what determin your reality.  You  can change your destiny by just choosing between the possibilities. Destiny is made up of two parts; one that is under your control and a part that’s controlled by “God” the creator of these universes .

Lets take an example, imagine Tom walking down the street and happen to see an ice cream shop. The fact that Tom reached such destination is a blessing from God/ tom’s destiny.  However, Tom’s control is to choose whether to take this opportunity or not. Until Tom make up his mind, there exist countless possibilities. Like him buying an ice cream, him not buying an ice, him buying a shake instead, him only using the bathroom or walking away from the ice cream shop…etc.  Each of Tom’s possibilities is represented in a future parallel reality. Once Tom make up his mind, he will experience the chosen reality.

What’s crucial to understand is that if Tom have choosen not to eat an ice cream someone else will eat his ice cream. His opportunity will become someone else’s reality, if he didn’t choose it. This applies on everything in life. If you don’t accept the money, the money will go to someone else. If you don’t eat the food, it will get eaten by someone else and so on… This’s the law of life, to every giver there’s a receiver. You have multiple possibilities, but only one opportunity.  So it’s either you choose to give and there will be a receiver or you take in place of those who gave away their opportunity.  Another way to think about it is to every present there’s the absence of it.

The myth of intelligence

The society link thinking with intelligence and engraved the idea that “ the more you think the smarter you are“. But is it really true? Does thinking improve your intelligence….A certain degree of thinking is healthy but if crossed it become overthinking. Which is a word used to describe limitless-thinking. The brain as an organ demand it’s rest. So an exaggerated amount of thinking can actually fatigue the brain. Another negative impact of overthinking is distraction from the real world. more like “living inside your head”mentally moving in a limited space of thought And failing to think out of the box.

Is the thinking the only function of the brain?

No, the brain is not made only to THINK. indeed thinking is not suppose to be done all day long. Thinking must be put to use only when required, other times it’s best to stop thinking. When you don’t think you finally shift into the NOW.  you become fully present at the moment. Such shift opens the door to creativity. Physical activities in general can help  your mind to rest and turn your focus outward (from the mind into the body). No thinking reconnect you with your body and the world around you in action. In other words you become ALIVE.

I can’t strop thinking!! and I don’t know what to do when I’m not thinking?

it’s impossible to know the state of consciousness when you are thinking about it. You can only experience consciousness. Think of consciousness as a mystery that needs to be discovered. What I personally do to easily shift my focus from mind to body, is concentrating on something outside of myself…Like my breathing, sound,  the silence in-between the sound, the environment or even on one of my body parts. Once I reach my goal i simply reflect or imagine. Conscious is like a muscle, the more you practice it the most likely you will live in it.

DEPRESSION & SHOWERS🚿🛁

Take a shower and your depression will go away. I’m serious! As silly as it sounds it’s true. Depression is caused by external factors of negative energy. It always begin outside then slowly triggers a certain emotion. The emotion grows as you give it attention and in no time it awakens the pain in your heart (unhealed wounds) and become your state of being; what we often call a “MOOD”.

 

There was a time when I got so busy with tasks and decided to put  my self-care as my last priority. I didn’t take a shower for 2 contentious days! GROSS I KNOW.  But the lesson I learned from this experiment was BIG. I recognised the dramatic mood swing. When showering you’re not only cleaning your body from dirt, but you’re cleansing your energy too.  Our aunt sisters understood that water is the key to life. They referred to water as a cleansing tool for both body and soul. They use to do SPIRITUAL SHOWERS; Where you perform a normal shower but while dropping water on your body you visualise the negative energy falling off you with the water. As if the water is stripping away the negative energy from your body part.

The danger of not showing regularly goes beyond the spiritual and psychological aspects. When you don’t shower your skin PH becomes disturbed. In addition your skin pores gets blocked. When your skin can’t breath you feel DEAD and develop frustration, anger and depression. Your state of being reflects on the outside; through your attitude (transmitted energy) and what you attract (received energy)…In conclusion, not showering can cause a great harm to one self and to the entire world.

A short advice to those who have Been suffering with depression for a very long time. YOU’RE NOT ALONE. Yet just because it’s common it doesn’t mean you should accept it. Get yourself out. Reflect on your lifestyle and what could possibly be feeding your depression.  Is it sad energy you watch online?  Is it your diet or your self esteem?  Or is it the fact that you lock yourself at home? .. Any exaggerated action can produce negative results.

Most people deep down know that they’re not free. Maybe the definition itself is the boundary.  Maybe you weren’t born a slave to this world but you enslaved yourself by what we call A TITLE. Maybe the roles you play are not a part of life, but a mechanism for limitations…

What is an IDENTITY?

An identity is a title that you inherited by the society based on your Role ( functional role believed by the subconscious mind).  in addition, your identity could be based on a place that you THOUGHT you found yourself in.  It’s anything we put before it “my “ or “I’m”.  in fact we’re told to constantly identify ourselves with things as if we’re equivalent to objects. But the down side to self identifying is that what you identify yourself with becomes a part of you. (Not in reality, but in the subconscious belief system of WHO YOU ARE). your belief attach you to the tittle your gave yourself and makes you live in limitation of your identity. Every identity you adopt takes away a piece of your freedom, limits your potential and keeps you fixated instead of being the flexible human being you are .

It’s extremely difficult to overcome the desire of self identification. however, when you stop looking for “who you are ” automatically you will find the truth of who you are. Identities are man made illusions, they’re created by the mind and feeds the Ego.  As long as the ego inside you is alive, consciousness can’t take place. Only more limitations of the the false image will emerge; causing illusionary emotions like fear, negativity etc.. “TO BREAK FREE YOU MUST LET GO” to rise you must kill what’s holding you down.

How to understand your own dreams.🎑

Dreams can be categorised into 3 groups:  NightmaresEmotional dreams and An message from the divine dreams.

  1. Nightmares It’s super easy to distinguish a nightmare since fear is highly vibrant in such dream. It’s essential to understand that nightmares are dreams where the devil influence is very strong. The devil’s main goal is to disturb your peace and he do so through scary visual images. But don’t sweat it! Nightmares can never hurt you in real life, fiction can never come to life.

2.Emotional dreams are a self made dream. Basically reflection of your inner state. For example your stress or worry can manifest itself  in such dreams. Emotional dreams are usually fictional and doesn’t cause any harm either. The over thinking of a dream while you’re awake is the issue, because it attract harmful energy. If your dream consist of unexplained signs you can get a translation from a psychological.  However, such dream is often forgotten right after waking up, since it’s nothing more than emotions expressing themselves, with the help of your creative mind.

Moving to the last and rare kind of dreams, a message dream. Yes! Dreams can be a message from your creator and No! you don’t have to be any special to receive these dreams. Such dream is very clear. It pretty straight forward, with no hidden messages. The key sign for spotting a message dream is that you won’t feel any unpleasant emotions when you wake up. Instead It’s very peaceful.

 

Who’s in control, you or your ego ?

Nobody is hurting us. Instead we hurt ourselves through others. If we don’t turn our focus inward & become conscious of our nature. We’ll allow the past to repeat it’s patterns.

 

What do you mean by our nature?  “Humans are like the moon, with a bright side and a dark side”. We all have an ego (the dark side). Some let it grow and others don’t. The ego feeds on negative low energy, such as anger, drama, fear, sadness, conflicts, hate and jealousy ..etc.

 How does it feed on these emotions? The ego see such emotional state as a chance to activate itself through the emotion. So you find yourself getting angry over little meaningless things or get offended by everything neutral etc…  If so, understand that it’s not you but your ego trying to take over you. Once the ego activate itself it grow and become powerful. If u let it keep growing through the negativity; it will eventually control you.

Why people who are driven by the ego are very reactive? Their ego jumps as soon as it finds an opportunity for conflicts or drama. Another nature of the ego is that it’s an ego!  It only validate itself and it’s not fair. It takes a conscious human to recognise and admit’s  his mistake, which is impossible with the ego. Ego is unconsciousness. It’s not your true self, instead your dark side. Therefore, I excuse unconscious people for their action and i think we should all do so. however, To fight the ego you must BECOME CONSCIOUS OF IT.  Yes! As simple as this. Recognise it,  watch it and accept it.  When you The ego will shrink in size and diminish by time when you notice it’s existence.

The law of detachment insures you that your burning desire will manifest once you LET GO . You see! when you hold on into something so tight it will slip away, your pressure will hurt it. Leaving a room for air is necessary to energy flow. Sure! Have a burning desire that drives you out of bed everyday. But not a Need that destroy you and whatever you love. If your goal didn’t get manifested, you need to your energy align your energy with your goal. You need to vibrate in the same frequency as what you’re trying to attract. Because in quantum physics energies with the same wave length and frequency travel together.

 

BECOME CONNECTED TO EVERYTHING AND ATTACHED TO NOTHING.  I know how hard it is to let go of something you desperately want. indeed it’s human nature cling on things and resist change.  But the truth is you don’t need what you’re seeking and you can live without it. If you truly needed it, god would have blessed you with it right away. You’re already complete, Believe in yourself and the universe.
