The theory of paralle universe is also called omniverse, is a hypothetical group of multiple universes including the universe in which we live. Together,these universes comprise everything that exists. To clarify, the universe consist of multiple parallel realities, each reality hold a possibility. Your present choice is what determin your reality, you change you destiny by just choosing. As i said in a previous blog; Destiny is made up of two parts. A part that is under ďyour control and a part that’s controlled by God.
Lets take an example, imagine Tom walking down the street and happen to see an ice cream shop. The fact that Tom reached such destination is a blessing from God. However, Tom’s role is to choose whether to take this opportunity or not. Until Tom make up his mind, there exist countless possibilities. Like him buying an ice cream, him not buying an ice, him buying a shake instead, him only using the bathroom or walking away from the ice cream shop…etc. Each of Tom’s possibilities will be in a future parallel reality and once Tom make up his mind, he will experience the chosen reality.
What’s crucial to understand is that if Tom have choosen not to eat an ice cream someone else will eat his ice cream. His opportunity will become someone else’s reality, if he didn’t choose it. This applies on everything in life. If you don’t accept the money, the money will go to someone else. If you don’t eat the food, it will get eaten by someone else and so on. This’s the law of life, to every giver there’s a receiver. You have multiple possibilities, but only one opportunity. So it’s either you choose to give and there will be a receiver or you take in place of those who gave away their opportunity. Another way to think about it is that to every present there’s the absence of it.
THINK THINK THINK .. I’m sure you have heard this advice before, perhaps your parents told you to think every time you got stuck in a problem. The society link thinking with intelligence and engraved the idea that “ the more you think the smarter you are“. which is nothing but a myth. What if I told you that thinking is actually stupidity. A certain degree of thinking is healthy but if crossed it become overthinking and distract you from the reality, as if you’ve jumped into a dream world of your thoughts. The disadvantage is that you become limited by the bubble of thoughts. kind of like mentally moving in a circle, You fail to think out of the box.
Is the thinking the only function of the brain?
No, the brain is not made only to THINK. indeed thinking is not suppose to be done all day long. In situations where thinking it’s require, thinking must be put to use. Other times it’s best to stop thinking. When you don’t think you finally shift into the NOW. you become fully present at the moment. This shift in focus open the door to creativity. Thus you find your greatest ideas in the shower or while taking a walking etc. Physical activities help rest the mind and turn your focus outward (from the mind into the body), so you don’t think. Instead you feel every inch of yourself and the world around you in action. In other words, you Bec one ALIVE. Albert Einstein once said _“I think 99 times and find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me”
NO THINKING = FULL CONSCIOUSNESS
I can’t strop thinking!! and I don’t know what to do when I’m not thinking?
it’s impossible to know the state of consciousness when you are thinking about it. You should just experience it then you will discover the mystery. Certainly you will find it difficult at first. What I usually do to easily shift my focus, is concentrating on something outside of me. like my breathing , sound, the silence in-between the sound, the environment or even on one of my organs. Once I’m successfully present in the now. I simply reflect (observing the surrounding) or imagine ( use my creative imagination). Conscious is like a muscle , it needs practice in order to master it. So try to shift your focus regularly during the day. Catch yourself if possible when you’re unconscious and turn yourself into a conscious state of being. With time you will find yourself more conscious than you were before.
It all began with an empathetic heart that thought it could heal a broken one. With no time the heart broke measurably before realising the absolute reality; which is “it’s not your responsibility to heal, save, punish or control other people”. yes! it’s not. It’s not your job to save others, neither do you have the capacity to do so. Empathy is good yet it should be thinked. An empathy who doesn’t use his mind in taking decisions will definitely break his own heart. Another common heart breaking attitude is expectation. A naive person with a good heart will always expect good from others and will soon be broken by those who are broken. As if a broken heart is a disease that spread..
Since every individual were once naive and empathetic. The world is left with broken people. People who lost hope in life. Neither do they understand their main purpose. To clarify, THE HUMAN MAIN PURPOSE IN LIFE IS NOT TO HELP OTHERS, IT’S TO WORSHIP GOD. When you build a connection with your creator and actually live in alignment with the universe. God will take care of you and those around you. Because only God is capable of healing people.
Are you saying that I must become selfish?
Not selfish, but in understanding of the nature of life. That people are sent to you for two reasons. Either for you to learn a lesson from them or to teach them. However teaching should never be misunderstood as healing. Indeed the best method of teaching is by DOING NOTHING. By being your conscious self that radiate a very intense graceful energy, which goes to impact others positivity. Your consciousness have the power to awaken the consciousness in others. You want to help a negative person? become the best positive person you can be. Your positivity will leave no choice for him/her but to change or to disappear from your life…Again! it goes to the fact that you can’t always heal everyone, only god can. It’s best to accept this truth and never play the victim again. You’re not broken , you’re healed , you’re complete. you have abundance of love within you … tell yourself positive affirmations long enough and it will become your reality.
Take a shower and your depression will go away. I’m seriously! As silly as it sounds, it’s true. Depression is caused by external factors. Like the environment or an event or a simple object that reminded you of your darkest times… it always begin outside, then slowly triggers a certain emotion. The emotion grows as you give it attention and In no time it awakens the pain in your heart. Thus become your state of being; what we often call a MOOD.
There was a time when I got so busy with tasks and decided to put self care as my last priority. I didn’t take a shower for 2 contentious days! GROSS I KNOW. But the lesson I learned from this experiment was BIG. I recognised the dramatic mood swing. Showering is a big deal. When showering you’re not only cleaning your body from dirt. But you’re cleansing your energy too. Our aunt sisters understood that water is the key to life. They referred to water as a cleansing tool and use to do what they called SPIRITUAL SHOWERS. Where you perform a normal shower, but while dropping water on your body you imagen the negative toxic energy falling off with the water. As if the water is stripping away the negative energy from your body part.
The danger of not showing regularly goes beyond the spiritual and psychological aspects. When you don’t shower your skin PH becomes disturbed. In addition your skin pores gets blocked. When your skin can’t breath you feel DEAD and develop frustration, anger and depression. Your state of being reflects on the outside; through your attitude and what you attract. Energy thing is energy, so take care of your energy first .
A short advice to those who have Been suffering with depression for a very long time. YOU’RE NOT ALONE. Yet just because it’s common it doesn’t mean you accept it. Get yourself out of it NOW!! Look at your lifestyle and what could possibly be feeding your depression. Is it sad energy you watch on Instagram? Is it your diet or your self esteem? Or is it the fact that you lock yourself at home? .. You see, our anut sisters lived outdoor. They never had electronic devices or OGM food. They listened to their bodies. Thus they never had depression. LIVE AS A HUMAN, LIVE THE RIGHT WAY.
If I would ask you right now, are you free? will you honestly answer yes? Most people deep down know that they didn’t reach the definition of freedom. Maybe the definition itself is the boundary. Maybe you weren’t born a slave to this world but you enslaved yourself by what we call A TITLE. Maybe the roles you play are not a part of life, but a mechanism for limitations.
What is an IDENTITY?
An identity is a title that you inherited by the society based on your Role ( functional role believed by the subconscious mind). in addition, your identity could be based on a place that you THOUGHT you found yourself in. It’s anything we put before it “my “ or “I’m”. The dark side of self identifying is that what you identify yourself with becomes a part of you. Not in reality, but in the subconscious belief system it become WHO YOU ARE . which makes you attached to the tittle. thus you live in a loop of your SELF IDENTITIES and can never become or do something out of that loop. Simply Because your’s strongly attached to it. Every identity you adopt takes away a piece of your freedom, limits your potential and keeps you fixated instead of being the flexible human being you are .
It’s extremely difficult to overcome the desire of self identification. But when you stop looking for “who you are ” automatically opens the door to the truth of who you are. Identities are man made illusions. They’re created by the mind and feeds the Ego . As long as the ego inside you is alive, consciousness can’t take place. Only more limitations of the the false image will emerge; causing illusions like fear, over thinking, negativity etc.. TO BREAK FREE YOU MUST LET GO. To rise you must kill what’s holding you down, remember you are your own worst enemy.
I understand the struggle and your burning desire for change. But Unfortunately, battling is not the right method. YOU CAN’T CHANGE THE NEGATIVE WITH NEGATIVE. In order to obtain real change you must start with changing the source of the problem. Otherwise the problem will keep recurring; because no effective change have been applied. Likewise, To build a strong building, you need a good foundation. we often focus on the problem instead of the source of the problem. Then as reactive beings we try to replace the existing with our perspective, using force. Thus we fail and will keep failing.
Another problem we commit while seeking change, is that we think everything can be solved using Force. while in reality it complicate things even more. TRY USING YOUR ENERGY INSTEAD OF YOUR BODY. Energy can’t be ignored nor avoided. It’s what makes us and the laws of the universe. When you influence a negative source with good energy, you’ll not only succeed in transforming the source. But you will also attract more positive results.
Let me tell you a little story that happened to me a long time ago; We all have that one person who hates us, for no reason. It’s not that he/she spit out their hate, but the repulsive energy they transmit towards you is obvious. Fast forward, I was once put into an event with a person who held such feelings towards me. It’s not like we’ve spoke before. Yet the moment I acknowledged his hate towards me, I began to transmit positive energy ( In the form of thoughts) . Such as ” hey! your safe, your wonderful, your amazing , i love you, you are blessed, I’m peace, I’m not judging you…etc “. I transmitted a combination of love, positivity and healing energy and I kid you not! the situation shifted 360 degrees!!! The person became more relaxed and peaceful. We even became friends later on.
The method I used here is called TELEPATHY COMMUNICATION. I’m not saying that we should always use this technique. My story is only an example that shows you the power of energy. Nevertheless, You can change people using positive energy, in the form of attitude, positive words, thoughts or just A SMILE. To me this’s the true definition of winning, it’s not only by solving a problem but also saving a life. Picking up someone who’s trapped in negatively and giving them light… We’re not here to create enimes, infact we’re ONE. When you harm others you’re indirectly harming yourself. Plus you’re no longer better than them. So use your energy WISELY. 💕
Dreams can be categorised into 3 groups: Nightmares (what I personally call dream of the devil), Emotional dream and A Message dream; Let’s start with the 1st one, Nightmares. It’s super easy to distinguish a nightmare; since it’s usually frightening and displeasant. However, it’s essential to understand that nightmares are dreams where the devil influence is very high. The devil’s main goal is to disturb you as must as possible. Thus nightmares are unbearable. But don’t sweat it! Nightmares can never hurt you in real life, I mean they’re even fictional sometimes..
Emotional dream; is a self made dream. Just you and your imagination. It depends alot on your emotional state. For example your stress or worry can reflect in such dreams. Emotional dreams are usually fictional and doesn’t cause any harm either. Furthermore, the over thinking of a dream while you’re awake is the problem. As i always mention in my blogs, EVERYTHING IS ENERGY. Negative thoughts are negative energy that will manifest itself into your life. Do yourself a favour and don’t let dreams eat your brain.
Emotional dreams usually contain lot’s of fiction and unexplained signs. Which can be translated from a psychological perspective. Beside, such dream is often forgotten after waking up. Because it’s nothing more than emotions expressing themselves, with the help of your creative mind.
Moving to the last and rare kind of dreams, a message dream. Yes! Dreams can be a message from your creator and No! you don’t have to be any special to receive these dreams. Such dream is very clear. It pretty straight forward, with no hidden messages. The key sign for spotting a message dream is that you won’t feel any unpleasant emotions, when you wake up. Instead It’s very peaceful.

Nobody is hurting us. Instead we hurt ourselves through others. If we don’t turn our focus inward & become conscious of our nature. We’ll allow the past to repeat it’s patterns.
What do you mean by our nature? The human nature is pure but the ego pollute it. The ego is with each one of us “Humans are like the moon, with a bright side and a dark side”. This is absolutely true. We all have an ego. Some activate it and others don’t. The ego is a basically your DARK SIDE. It feed on negative / low energy. Such as anger, drama, fear, sadness, conflicts, hate and jealousy ..etc.
How does it feed on these emotions? The ego see such emotional state as a chance to activate itself through it. So you find yourself getting angry over little meaningless things or get offended by everything.. etc. If so, understand that it’s not you but your ego trying to take over you. Once the ego activate itself it grow, which makes it powerful. If you allow it to keep growing through the negativity; it will eventually control you.
People who are driven by the ego are very reactive. Their ego jumps as soon as it finds an opportunity for conflicts or drama. Another nature of the ego is that it’s an ego! It only validate itself and it’s not fair. It takes a conscious alert self to admit a mistake. Ego is unconsciousness. It’s not your true self, instead your dark side. Therefore, I excuse unconscious people for their actions. I think we should all do so after learning about the ego. However, the ego can be defeated. Battling the ego require time and constant consciousness.
To fight the ego you must BECOME CONSCIOUS OF IT. Yes! As simple as this. All you should do is become alert of it when it’s present. Absorve your ego at the moment of anger or drama. When you notice the ege it shrink in size. Thus by time the ego will diminish.
How do I know I’m ego_free ? The state of no-ego; This state is the state of total awareness and self control. It’s inner peace & calmness. After you have finally won over the ego. You will experience such life changing bless❤.
As i mentioned in part 1 of this blog, about how to become healtheir in the aspect of food and beauty care. In this blog i will be talking about how to control diseases, in other words what is the core of diseases.
During my irritable bowel disease IBD, i discovered another defect! Unfortunately in the medicine industry. It took the doctors 3 years to diagnose my IBD. The whole experience was horrible!!! It made me develop a hate for hospitals. Long story short, I noticed that medication became more like BUSINESS and less of a HEALTH CARE. The way the doctors played the “COME BACK LATER” game was DISGUSTING. Indeed, how little they care about people’s health and how little they fulfil their duty is very disturbing; to watch doctors who are suppose to be the WORLD’S LIFE SAVERS are instead not caring at all or trying to kill their patients! I had more than one doctor telling me “ Leave because your case is not as dangerous as cancer ”. I kid you not this was a private expensive hospital.
Emphatically I learned valuable lessons from this experience. one of which in this century it’s best if one return to nature for healing. In nature one can find EVERYTHING he needs. Stocks of Nature are enough to heal an illness and keep wellness. I realised that all diseases are cased and depending on these 4 key factors:
- Phycology .
- Healthy diet .
- Spirtual health.
You see, Healing is 70% psychology, 25% food and 5 % medication. Sometimes you won’t even need the 5%. Because every disease begins in the mind. You might be taking extra care of your health but if you are thinking , visualising and feeling illness before it happen. You’re basically manifesting it. All my life i stuck with a healthy lifestyle, yet no matter what i did I always ended up getting sick more than the average person. Until I had the courage to become fully honest with myself; i was subconsciously desiring death and illness, like a thirsty child in the desert.
Non of my healthy eating tips will benefit you if you aren’t willing to get healthy. So acknowledge the hidden repulsive desire for illness and start doing this: label a cup “Abundant Health ” using a sticky note. Every morning drink the recipe (I’m going to prepare with you right now) in this cup. But before you drink it imagen and feel how it’s like to become 100% healthy. While concentrating on the cup. Put all your energy in this cup, then drink!

- 1 tsp of ANISE seeds.
- 1/2 tsp of fennel seeds.
- 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.

Limitation are their to protect you from the unknown, fight or flight response from your mind to stop you and keep you “safe”.
In order to overcome these intense signals you must shut down the mind! Mute the mind. Don’t think of the pain or your surroundings. Don’t distract yourself with the future or pasr. Then and only then you’ll by pass the physical pain and detach yourself from your entire body. Let me break the process down for you.
1. Have a strong believe in yourself.
2. Mute the mind .
3. Continue the action you’re doing at the moment ( constant momentum of constant velocity at an infinite time).
4. Self talk, if needed!
