THINK THINK THINK .. I’m sure you have heard this advice before, perhaps your parents told you to think every time you got stuck in a problem. The society link thinking with intelligence and engraved the idea that “ the more you think the smarter you are“. which is nothing but a myth. What if I told you that thinking is actually stupidity. A certain degree of thinking is healthy but if crossed it become overthinking and distract you from the reality, as if you’ve jumped into a dream world of your thoughts. The disadvantage is that you become limited by the bubble of thoughts. kind of like mentally moving in a circle, You fail to think out of the box.
Is the thinking the only function of the brain?
No, the brain is not made only to THINK. indeed thinking is not suppose to be done all day long. In situations where thinking it’s require, thinking must be put to use. Other times it’s best to stop thinking. When you don’t think you finally shift into the NOW. you become fully present at the moment. This shift in focus open the door to creativity. Thus you find your greatest ideas in the shower or while taking a walking etc. Physical activities help rest the mind and turn your focus outward (from the mind into the body), so you don’t think. Instead you feel every inch of yourself and the world around you in action. In other words, you Bec one ALIVE. Albert Einstein once said _“I think 99 times and find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me”

I can’t strop thinking!! and I don’t know what to do when I’m not thinking?
it’s impossible to know the state of consciousness when you are thinking about it. You should just experience it then you will discover the mystery. Certainly you will find it difficult at first. What I usually do to easily shift my focus, is concentrating on something outside of me. like my breathing , sound, the silence in-between the sound, the environment or even on one of my organs. Once I’m successfully present in the now. I simply reflect (observing the surrounding) or imagine ( use my creative imagination). Conscious is like a muscle , it needs practice in order to master it. So try to shift your focus regularly during the day. Catch yourself if possible when you’re unconscious and turn yourself into a conscious state of being. With time you will find yourself more conscious than you were before.
I had a different blog to post today that I prepared beforehand. But when I saw this on my Instagram home page, I just couldn’t help but to make it go viral. It’s crazy how we tend to forget about those who’re under us. We get so caught up by the pormotion of Materialism on our news feed. That we became such self centred creatures with a cruel heart. We envy and hate of those above us (financially), forgetting the truth that we are blessed. We are blessed with so much more than the eye can see and the head can count. We are blessed with so many tinny seemingly invisible blessings on daily basis, that we take for granted. Such as air, water, food, senses, people ..etc
I can’t even count the blessings of god because they’re un-countable. It’s really incredible how the motion of life itself, is a blessing. Imagine if something went wrong all of a sudden? Whatever happens in your present is manifested by the blessings and protection of god. ❤
So be grateful. Thank God for what you have now. Did you know that all God’s creation like animales , plant and nature praises god all the time. In Comparison, how little we do.
What is the soul? Your soul is yourself. The reality of who you are. Indeed you’re nothing more than a deadless, formless and timeless soul. The idea that when your body get sick, your soul get sick which result into death is incorrect. Instead it’s because of a sick soul the body get sick. “We’re not a human beings having a spiritual experience, we’re spiritual beings having a human experience. ”
I want you to imagine a building as your body and it’s base as your soul. The building consist of a strong structure yet if something happens to the base the whole building will fall. On the other hand If something happens to the top of the building the base will remain unaffected. The structure of the building can always be rebuilt; but the base can’t be recovered without destroying the entire building including the base.
My point is, a healthy soul is essential for survival. You must have a strong base in Order to overcome all storms. The amazing thing about the human soul is that it doesn’t ask for much! It doesn’t require sleep or food or money etc. It already have a permemnent life. The only thing the soul needs is a connection with it’s creator. Thus a spiritual connection with god is important, it’s the only way the soul can charge itself and stay alive.
How do I practice spiritual Connection ?
Spiritual connection can be done through praying or meditating. Basically setting an alone time with god, taking to him and acknowledging him. The process of god consciousness is a door way for the soul to connect with it’s master. The absence or lack of this process can be described as heaviness in the chest and you can actually tell that your soul desire a connection with god… It’s very intoxicated by the materialistic world, it badly needs to rest.
How is the soul toxicated by the materialistic world?
The soul is of different nature than the body. The things that the body enjoy and desire; will not satisfy the soul. For example you see people with a sick soul and are very concentrated on the body needs. They arrive at a certain point where their soul breaks. Thus they try to heal it using all the materialistic things in this world but it just never heals.
Due to my experience, I found that fake people vary in degrees of fakeness. So you find a person who’s fake yet not very harmful, while another is super toxic in nature. Why? Because of the materialistic society we live in. Social media encourages people to become FAKE. It brain washes them with immortality. Thus nowadays everybody is infected with a degree of fakeness.
How to spot a fake person? As i mentioned before, fake people are with levels of fakeness, so they might have some of these trades and not all. The people who’re slightly fake are harder to spot than toxic people. Signs of fake people;
1. Attention seeker; A fake person is always hungry for attention and drama. It have to do with his/her ego nature.
2. Showing off all the time; again this subconscious attitude is done by the ego and sense of being incomplete or less than others.
3. They only respect people with power; here where they ” PLAY DIRTY”! Fake people are manipulative experts and super target focused. If they want something from you, they will do anything to get you to like them. It’s also called being TWO FACED or USING OTHERS .
4. They’re a gossiping machine; Fake people love to gossip. They have a sneaky communication habit, Which is not expressing their opinion honesty or directly.
5. They criticize others to make themselves look good. Fake people are very ego based. They’re unable to love or care for anyone other than themselves. They just think of themselves as superior to everyone.
6. They have a big mouth; Fake people will be the first to give promises and big words, yet do nothing at all. They love playing the HERO or Painting a perfect image of themselves .
7. They’re very reactive; Fake people react over everything! They often look for drama and conflicts. So you might find them a little too nosy.

Nobody is hurting us. Instead we hurt ourselves through others. If we don’t turn our focus inward & become conscious of our nature. We’ll allow the past to repeat it’s patterns.
What do you mean by our nature? The human nature is pure but the ego pollute it. The ego is with each one of us “Humans are like the moon, with a bright side and a dark side”. This is absolutely true. We all have an ego. Some activate it and others don’t. The ego is a basically your DARK SIDE. It feed on negative / low energy. Such as anger, drama, fear, sadness, conflicts, hate and jealousy ..etc.
How does it feed on these emotions? The ego see such emotional state as a chance to activate itself through it. So you find yourself getting angry over little meaningless things or get offended by everything.. etc. If so, understand that it’s not you but your ego trying to take over you. Once the ego activate itself it grow, which makes it powerful. If you allow it to keep growing through the negativity; it will eventually control you.
People who are driven by the ego are very reactive. Their ego jumps as soon as it finds an opportunity for conflicts or drama. Another nature of the ego is that it’s an ego! It only validate itself and it’s not fair. It takes a conscious alert self to admit a mistake. Ego is unconsciousness. It’s not your true self, instead your dark side. Therefore, I excuse unconscious people for their actions. I think we should all do so after learning about the ego. However, the ego can be defeated. Battling the ego require time and constant consciousness.
To fight the ego you must BECOME CONSCIOUS OF IT. Yes! As simple as this. All you should do is become alert of it when it’s present. Absorve your ego at the moment of anger or drama. When you notice the ege it shrink in size. Thus by time the ego will diminish.
How do I know I’m ego_free ? The state of no-ego; This state is the state of total awareness and self control. It’s inner peace & calmness. After you have finally won over the ego. You will experience such life changing bless❤.

I noticed that self realisation is always misunderstood. Self realisation is basically looking within yourself. Acknowledging yourself as a being, completely with all your flaws. Self realisation process usually happens during hardships. Because that’s when we get challenged and forced to grow into the best version of ourselves AWARENESS IS THE DOOR TO CHANGE.
Whether you’re motivated by pain or you’re lucky enough to have a supportive source of love. Either way you need to push. You have to do the work and put tremendous amount of effort. Life can bless you with something. But if you don’t deserve it, it wont be long until you lose it. The key to owning something permemnently is to EARN IT.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS WITHIN YOU. Yes! This statement is absolutely true, you are gifted. Yet you have a duty to give. You need to do your part in order for god to manifest your dreams. For some the effort required is greater than others. The battles and suffering is doubled. But the reward is also doubled. In every battle you grow in knowledge; imagine how wise you will become at the end. This shows us the mercy and blessing of god on us. That even through the hardships there’s GOOD for us. Lets talk food! It all begun in middle school when I was obese (89 kg). I still remember how I hated the feeling of my thighs touching each other! I wanted to cut my fats with a scissor, literally this is how fast I desired to get rid of my fats. Fast forward i dropped from 89kg to 44 kg in 3 months. I BECAME INSANE! I was slowly drifting into the path of Anorexia. But luckily saved myself out of it, by not following any DIET. Instead I listen to my body. Through it i learned that someone’s diet might not work for you. Indeed our bodies are different. Don’t blindly following others! Experiment with yourself to see what works for you. I believe all these diets are out there for us to benefit from. For example; I have a very sensitive stomach where i can’t digest most things. So a vegan diet worked well for me. White my sister is un-vegan and doing just fine. WE DONT HAVE THE SAME PATH. ACCEPT YOUR DIFFERENCES AND SEEK KNOWLEDGE .
In order to modify your eating habit you need to learn about food. About the benefits and danger of food. This way you limit the excuses of the mind. A general ruling that differentiate good from bad, is the sun. The longer the food is exposed to the sun. The healthier it is. Making green vegetables the most nutritious. While food made in laboratory contain mostly empty calories ( un-nutritions ). I mean JUNK FOOD is called JUNK for a reason. For more information , check Dr Sebi- alkaline food .
Through out my life i found so many things are best as ORGANIC OPTION, that we are fooled by many companies who just want to sell their product. For example the idea of using a shampoo! Our aunt sisters never used a shampoo to keep their hair strong and healthy. Instead they used natural substances like olive oil, coconut oil, milk and egg ( for hair mask). What’s funnier is that every time i washed my hair with shampoo it got more damaged. When i replaced my shampoo with apple cider vinegar, the change was astounding! I surmounted my dead hair! What makes home remedies IDEAL is that they suit everyone. My friend who have a straight hair got the same AMAZING result when using Apple cider vinegar.
- Add 2 to 3 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water .
- wash your hair with Apple cider vinegar.
- Wait 1-2 mins then rinse with water.
- As a result your hair should be strong and shiny.
In case of over use of ACV (acidic) your hair might feel a little too rough, you can balance the error by using a raw food hair mask ( works as a conditioner) or coconut oil / olive oil after the shower. GET CREATIVE! IF YOU CAN’T THEN EMULATE OUR AUNT SISTERS.
Your body can do anything your mind command it to do. Your mind is your limitation. If you continue doing something at a constant pace with NO MIND ( no thinking) you can go on until infinity.
This’s how an athlete finished the race with a broken leg. How humans do the “impossible “. It’s not that they’re any special, but they have learned to not give attention to the things that stops them. Fear, physical pain and self doubt are mental limitations that shows up when your about to do something new. They’re fight or flight response from your mind to stop you and keep you “safe”.
In order to overcome these intense signals you must shut down the mind! Mute the mind. Don’t think of the pain or your surroundings. Don’t distract yourself with future or past thoughts either. Because if you do so you’re not effectively by passing the physical pain ( mental limitations), you’re disattaching yourself from your entire physical body. This might be dangerous in such case’s like sports. In other words lossing sense of your legs when your heavy lifting might make your posture colaps!
The goal of by passing physical pain is being mentally present at the same time unaffected by the physical pain. In order to reach such stage you must ;
1. Have a strong believe in yourself.
2. Mute the mind .
3. Continue the action you’re doing at the moment with constant momentum. which is constant velocity at an infinite time.
4. Self talk, if needed!
Note: Self talking is a quality that require harmony with one self. It’s usually present in those you believe in themselves. However, it holds no difficulties. One should just accept , love and forgive himself.
To conclude, limitation are within you not outside of you. You create your limitations through your mind. The time and opertunities of the external world is infinite. It’s your choice to live with limitations or limitless.
So you are depressed! Let me ask you a few questions before you scroll down. Why are you depression? ..Do you actually care about the “thing” that made you depressed? Do you think you can control your life & your depression?
Often people say “You can’t control what happen in the external world, but you can control what happens inside of you” what if I told you, you can control both at a certain rate! the your external reality is a reflection of your inner state of being. thus get your inner world healed, then you can move on to the external one. The only reason you’re depressed is because you always focus on the negative and what you focus on, you shall find.
The truth is there’s no good or bad, instead everything is neutral in nature. Our mind is the instrument that define good and bad. When your mind patterns is defining everything as BAD no wonder why you’re depressed! Negative thinking patterns develop negative low emotions such as sadness, depression, anixity and madness..etc These emotions then develop a reaction and the reaction implant your reality. You’re reaction controls the event, the event doesn’t control your reaction. The reaction you give of is the product of an emotion . the emotion is born from a certain mindset or what we call a perspective on life. It’s like a chain reaction where one thing drag the rest. For example when you’re stuck in a traffic jam you can simply enjoy the sunset view, turning this moment into joy or instead focus on the crowd that build up frustration.
The key of happiness is to look at everything as it is. With a neutral perspective. No judgment. Exactly how Shakespeare said ” NOTHING IS GOOD OR BAD BUT THINKING MAKES IT SO “. This is the absolute life reality. No situation is either good or bad. Instead our thoughts are what define the situation. When you start perceiving things from a neutral perspective you will realise the sense of ease. Because you’re accepting the situation as it is, which allows the energy to flow. There’re no resistance or negativity. It’s such a blessing of inner peace! Furthermore, neutrality is obtained with a very high vibration, (a high level of consciousness). Thus you can’t effortlessly achieve a neutral mentality. Yet you can practice neutrality by being aware of your judgement.
Catch yourself when you judge a situation as good or bad. Then ask yourself the reason behind your judgement. At this moment it will become clearer to you, that it’s your mind and not the reality of the situation. Now! try to look at the situation from a neutral eye; Search for the good and the bad. Once the two possibilities are present in a situation you’re basically tricking your mind into opening a door of CHOICE. Your mind can no longer play the victim mentality. But you’re now in control and freedom of choice. You can either choose to react positively or negatively.
People talk about “winning” and “losing“. But winning what ?? Money? is this really what life is about? Is losing really a loss? …Life is nothing but different levels of consciousness for everyone. There’re no WINNERS or LOSERS. we’re in this together. We’re one. Inferiority and superiority are creation of the ego, not the human reality.
The problem with a winner loser mindset is that it defines you with a worldly achievement. Everything that arises dies. This’s the nature of life. Every new life cycle require an ending of another cycle. In order to have an UP there must be a DOWN. However, getting attached to the UP through self definition of a “winner” is basically allowing yourself to go DOWN with that UP.
Don’t allow the winner mentality to destroy you. Don’t give it power by attaching yourself to it. You are not a winner or a loser, you’re yourself and whatever happens in the external world is not you. Don’t chase things or people! The state of absolute power comes when you’re CONNECTED TO EVERYTHING AND ATTACHED TO NOTHING . I kid you not when I stopped needing and chasing things. That’s when everything came to me. There’s a hidden power in disattaching yourself from things. LETTING GO OF ALL THINGS ATTRACT EVERYTHING. – law of attraction.
