The invisible boundary

If I would ask you right now, are you free? will you honestly answer yes?  Most people deep down know that they didn’t reach the definition of freedom. Maybe the definition itself is the boundary.  Maybe you weren’t born a slave to this world but you enslaved yourself by what we call A TITLE. Maybe the roles you play are not a part of life, but a mechanism for limitations.

What is an IDENTITY?

An identity is a title that you inherited by the society based on your Role ( functional role believed by the subconscious mind).  in addition, your identity could be based on a place that you THOUGHT you found yourself in.  It’s anything we put before it “my “ or “I’m”.  The dark side of self identifying is that what you identify yourself with becomes a part of you. Not in reality, but in the subconscious belief system it become WHO YOU ARE . which makes you attached to the tittle. thus you live in a loop of your SELF IDENTITIES and can never become or do something out of that loop. Simply Because your’s strongly attached to it. Every identity you adopt takes away a piece of your freedom, limits your potential and keeps you fixated instead of being the flexible human being you are .

It’s extremely difficult to overcome the desire of self identification. But when you stop looking for “who you are ” automatically opens the door to the truth of who you are. Identities are man made illusions. They’re created by the mind and feeds the Ego . As long as the ego inside you is alive, consciousness can’t take place. Only more limitations of the the false image will emerge; causing illusions like fear, over thinking, negativity etc.. TO BREAK FREE YOU MUST LET GO. To rise you must kill what’s holding you down, remember you are your own worst enemy.

Health at it’s peak ( part 1) 💪🏻🌼💫

I know you’re here to improve your health but before I reveal the secret to an infinite health; i want to share with you my journey towards a healthy lifestyle.

 

Lets talk food! It all begun in middle school when I was obese (89 kg). I still remember how I hated the feeling of my thighs touching each other! I wanted to cut my fats with a scissor, literally this is how fast I desired to get rid of my fats.  Fast forward i dropped from 89kg to 44 kg in 3 months. I BECAME INSANE! I was slowly drifting into the path of Anorexia. But luckily saved myself out of it, by not following any DIET.  Instead I listen to my body. Through it i learned that someone’s diet might not work for you. Indeed our bodies are different. Don’t blindly following others! Experiment with yourself to see what works for you.  I believe all these diets are out there for us to benefit from.  For example; I have a very sensitive stomach where i can’t digest most things. So a vegan diet worked well for me. White my sister is un-vegan and doing just fine.  WE DONT HAVE THE SAME PATH.  ACCEPT YOUR DIFFERENCES AND SEEK KNOWLEDGE .     

   

In order to modify your eating habit you need to learn about food.  About the benefits and danger of food. This way you limit the excuses of the mind.  A general ruling that differentiate good from bad, is the sun. The longer the food is exposed to the sun. The healthier it is.  Making green vegetables the most nutritious. While food made in laboratory contain mostly empty calories ( un-nutritions ).  I mean JUNK FOOD is called JUNK for a reason.  For more information , check Dr Sebi- alkaline food .

Through out my life i found so many things are best as ORGANIC OPTION, that we are fooled by many companies who just want to sell their product. For example the idea of using a shampoo!  Our aunt sisters never used a shampoo to keep their hair strong and healthy.  Instead they used natural substances like olive oil, coconut oil, milk and egg ( for hair mask). What’s funnier is that every time i washed my hair with shampoo it got more damaged. When i replaced my shampoo with apple cider vinegar, the change was astounding! I surmounted my dead hair! What makes home remedies IDEAL is that they suit everyone. My friend who have a straight hair got the same AMAZING result when using Apple cider vinegar.

INSTRUCTIONS>

  1. Add 2 to 3 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water .
  2. wash your hair with Apple cider vinegar.
  3. Wait 1-2 mins then rinse with water.
  4. As a result your hair should be strong and shiny.

 

In case of over use of ACV (acidic) your hair might feel a little too rough, you can balance the error by using a raw food hair mask ( works as a conditioner) or coconut oil / olive oil after the shower. GET CREATIVE! IF YOU CAN’T THEN EMULATE OUR AUNT SISTERS.

How to over come depression 😁🙋‍♀️

924f5a09622532a29b3e69310a1d0e66So you are depressed! Let me ask you a few questions before you scroll down. Why are you depression? ..Do you actually care about the “thing” that made you depressed? Do you think you can control your life & your depression?

 

Often people say “You can’t control what happen in the external world, but you can control what happens inside of you”  what if I told you, you can control both at a certain rate! the your external reality is a reflection of your inner state of being. thus get your inner world healed, then you can  move on to the external one.  The only reason you’re depressed is because you always focus on the negative and what you focus on, you shall find.

 

The truth is there’s no good or bad, instead everything is neutral in nature.  Our mind is the instrument that define good and bad. When your mind patterns is defining everything as BAD no wonder why you’re depressed! Negative thinking patterns develop negative low emotions such as sadness, depression, anixity and madness..etc  These emotions then develop a reaction and the reaction implant your reality.  You’re reaction controls the event, the event doesn’t control your reaction. The reaction you give of is the product of an emotion . the emotion is born from a certain mindset or what we call a perspective on life. It’s like a chain reaction where one thing drag the rest.  For example when you’re stuck in a traffic jam you can simply enjoy the sunset view, turning this moment into joy or instead focus on the crowd that build up frustration.

The key of happiness is to look at everything as it is. With a neutral perspective.  No judgment.  Exactly how Shakespeare said ” NOTHING IS GOOD OR BAD BUT THINKING MAKES IT SO “.  This is the absolute life reality.  No situation is either good or bad. Instead our thoughts are what define the situation. When you start perceiving things from a neutral perspective you will realise the sense of ease. Because you’re accepting the situation as it is, which allows the energy to flow.  There’re no resistance or negativity.  It’s such a blessing of inner peace! Furthermore, neutrality is obtained with a very high vibration, (a high level of consciousness).  Thus you can’t effortlessly achieve a neutral mentality.  Yet you can practice neutrality by being aware of your judgement.

 

Catch yourself when you judge a situation as good or bad. Then ask yourself the reason behind your judgement. At this moment it will become clearer to you, that it’s your mind and not the reality of the situation.  Now! try to look at the situation from a neutral eye; Search for the good and the bad. Once the two possibilities are present in a situation you’re basically tricking your mind into opening a door of CHOICE. Your mind can no longer play the victim mentality.  But you’re now in control and freedom of choice. You can either choose to react positively or negatively.

Everywhere I went I found broken pieces of beautiful hearts. I tried to become the key to EVERY door. But is it possible? Can one free all?

I know the power within me is far beyond the limits. “It seems like a hard task ” my inner doubt whisper, as I became more desperate for the mission.

Book after book, I thought i was ready! I took every shot that life grant me.  However, the results didn’t satisfy me .

Finally on a cold night. I realised that one does free all. But it can’t be me or you. It must be the one above us ALL.

Is it your life that’s horrible ? Or your mind . THINK AGAIN.

I believe every situation is a good situation. Because life is all about growth. Within every moment passing by there’s a lesson to be learned. While others might differ in this matter. I say it’s our intentions that define our reality.  As William Shakespeare said_ “NOTHING IS GOOD OR BAD BUT THINKING MAKES IT SO” .  

 

Everything is NEUTRAL. Nothing is created as evil or good.  Everything in this universe is given to us to get shaped. We who give the form and meaning of things. We who put things together and build our world, with the help of our mind. An intention that begins in the mind is the former of the reality manifested. If the intention Is negative the outcome will follow the same energy. This applies on every process of manifestation. An act with negative intention is going to become a negative outcome; even if it’s considered a ” GOOD DEED” by the society.  If it doesn’t contain pure positive intention it’s then toxic in nature.

 

how can I become more sincere?  Become a learner. The powerful thing about a LEARNER MENTALITY it’s NEUTRAL. You no longer see with a fixed lens. Instead your intentions are pure; which helps you use your brain in making wise decisions.

THINKING + DECISION.

THINKING + DECISION = INTENTION 

People often think we take decisions after thinking but we don’t!  Decision taking is a part of thinking . it happens subconsciously.  Let’s say you’re exposed to a stranger. You’re mind automatically scan the unknown ( in this case the stranger) to link it to the long term memory ( in the subconscious mind).  Finally makes sense of it.  After your brain have Successfully found a chain between the new information and your memory. It then judge the current new information based on past experience.  If  the stranger is a signer and you had bad experience with singers you might hate the person or think negatively of him/her.  Most people are never aware of this subconscious negativity and will strong deny it’s existence. They will list all the excuses in the book to why they don’t like that  person etc.  NOT realising that it’s not the person but their mind that was fixed to hate the person. The person might be giving charity before their eyes, yet they will find something negative in his attitude. So can we really blame the world for our perspective?
