There’re countless myths about soulmates out there, I honestly dont understand why.. I mean a soulmate must be very distinguishable. However, I decided to make this blog in order to clarify the confusion.
Myth 1: we often think a soulmate is a person who “complete us”. The truth is you’re already a whole, You’re complete by your own. An accurate definition of a soulmate comes from the word itself “mate for the soul“. Which indicate that your soulmate is a person who is spirituality alignment with you and balances you out. A mate who you find harmony with in the physical and non physical world.
Myth 2: Another misunderstanding about soulmates is that he or she must be very similar to you. My answer to this myth is “it depends”. Some soulmates are similar, others are totally opposite. It doesn’t matter! What matters is that there’s a strong field of connection between the two souls. Another sign to look for is that “Do they make me grow?” …doesn’t your partner challenge you into becoming the best version of yourself? If the answer is ” yes” then he/she is your soulmate and vice versa.
Myth 3: Most people believe that a soulmate relationship is all rosy. I’m sorry but it’s not, a soulmate relationship is just like any relationship. There are ups and downs. Especially in a soulmate relationship where each partner subconscious challenges the other’s , it’s fair to say that such relationship could have more difficulties than a regular relationship.
The theory of paralle universe is also called omniverse, is a hypothetical group of multiple universes including the universe in which we live. Together,these universes comprise everything that exists. To clarify, the universe consist of multiple parallel realities, each reality hold a possibility. Your present choice is what determin your reality, you change you destiny by just choosing. As i said in a previous blog; Destiny is made up of two parts. A part that is under ďyour control and a part that’s controlled by God.
Lets take an example, imagine Tom walking down the street and happen to see an ice cream shop. The fact that Tom reached such destination is a blessing from God. However, Tom’s role is to choose whether to take this opportunity or not. Until Tom make up his mind, there exist countless possibilities. Like him buying an ice cream, him not buying an ice, him buying a shake instead, him only using the bathroom or walking away from the ice cream shop…etc. Each of Tom’s possibilities will be in a future parallel reality and once Tom make up his mind, he will experience the chosen reality.
What’s crucial to understand is that if Tom have choosen not to eat an ice cream someone else will eat his ice cream. His opportunity will become someone else’s reality, if he didn’t choose it. This applies on everything in life. If you don’t accept the money, the money will go to someone else. If you don’t eat the food, it will get eaten by someone else and so on. This’s the law of life, to every giver there’s a receiver. You have multiple possibilities, but only one opportunity. So it’s either you choose to give and there will be a receiver or you take in place of those who gave away their opportunity. Another way to think about it is that to every present there’s the absence of it.
THINK THINK THINK .. I’m sure you have heard this advice before, perhaps your parents told you to think every time you got stuck in a problem. The society link thinking with intelligence and engraved the idea that “ the more you think the smarter you are“. which is nothing but a myth. What if I told you that thinking is actually stupidity. A certain degree of thinking is healthy but if crossed it become overthinking and distract you from the reality, as if you’ve jumped into a dream world of your thoughts. The disadvantage is that you become limited by the bubble of thoughts. kind of like mentally moving in a circle, You fail to think out of the box.
Is the thinking the only function of the brain?
No, the brain is not made only to THINK. indeed thinking is not suppose to be done all day long. In situations where thinking it’s require, thinking must be put to use. Other times it’s best to stop thinking. When you don’t think you finally shift into the NOW. you become fully present at the moment. This shift in focus open the door to creativity. Thus you find your greatest ideas in the shower or while taking a walking etc. Physical activities help rest the mind and turn your focus outward (from the mind into the body), so you don’t think. Instead you feel every inch of yourself and the world around you in action. In other words, you Bec one ALIVE. Albert Einstein once said _“I think 99 times and find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me”
NO THINKING = FULL CONSCIOUSNESS
I can’t strop thinking!! and I don’t know what to do when I’m not thinking?
it’s impossible to know the state of consciousness when you are thinking about it. You should just experience it then you will discover the mystery. Certainly you will find it difficult at first. What I usually do to easily shift my focus, is concentrating on something outside of me. like my breathing , sound, the silence in-between the sound, the environment or even on one of my organs. Once I’m successfully present in the now. I simply reflect (observing the surrounding) or imagine ( use my creative imagination). Conscious is like a muscle , it needs practice in order to master it. So try to shift your focus regularly during the day. Catch yourself if possible when you’re unconscious and turn yourself into a conscious state of being. With time you will find yourself more conscious than you were before.
If I would ask you right now, are you free? will you honestly answer yes? Most people deep down know that they didn’t reach the definition of freedom. Maybe the definition itself is the boundary. Maybe you weren’t born a slave to this world but you enslaved yourself by what we call A TITLE. Maybe the roles you play are not a part of life, but a mechanism for limitations.
What is an IDENTITY?
An identity is a title that you inherited by the society based on your Role ( functional role believed by the subconscious mind). in addition, your identity could be based on a place that you THOUGHT you found yourself in. It’s anything we put before it “my “ or “I’m”. The dark side of self identifying is that what you identify yourself with becomes a part of you. Not in reality, but in the subconscious belief system it become WHO YOU ARE . which makes you attached to the tittle. thus you live in a loop of your SELF IDENTITIES and can never become or do something out of that loop. Simply Because your’s strongly attached to it. Every identity you adopt takes away a piece of your freedom, limits your potential and keeps you fixated instead of being the flexible human being you are .
It’s extremely difficult to overcome the desire of self identification. But when you stop looking for “who you are ” automatically opens the door to the truth of who you are. Identities are man made illusions. They’re created by the mind and feeds the Ego . As long as the ego inside you is alive, consciousness can’t take place. Only more limitations of the the false image will emerge; causing illusions like fear, over thinking, negativity etc.. TO BREAK FREE YOU MUST LET GO. To rise you must kill what’s holding you down, remember you are your own worst enemy.
I understand the struggle and your burning desire for change. But Unfortunately, battling is not the right method. YOU CAN’T CHANGE THE NEGATIVE WITH NEGATIVE. In order to obtain real change you must start with changing the source of the problem. Otherwise the problem will keep recurring; because no effective change have been applied. Likewise, To build a strong building, you need a good foundation. we often focus on the problem instead of the source of the problem. Then as reactive beings we try to replace the existing with our perspective, using force. Thus we fail and will keep failing.
Another problem we commit while seeking change, is that we think everything can be solved using Force. while in reality it complicate things even more. TRY USING YOUR ENERGY INSTEAD OF YOUR BODY. Energy can’t be ignored nor avoided. It’s what makes us and the laws of the universe. When you influence a negative source with good energy, you’ll not only succeed in transforming the source. But you will also attract more positive results.
Let me tell you a little story that happened to me a long time ago; We all have that one person who hates us, for no reason. It’s not that he/she spit out their hate, but the repulsive energy they transmit towards you is obvious. Fast forward, I was once put into an event with a person who held such feelings towards me. It’s not like we’ve spoke before. Yet the moment I acknowledged his hate towards me, I began to transmit positive energy ( In the form of thoughts) . Such as ” hey! your safe, your wonderful, your amazing , i love you, you are blessed, I’m peace, I’m not judging you…etc “. I transmitted a combination of love, positivity and healing energy and I kid you not! the situation shifted 360 degrees!!! The person became more relaxed and peaceful. We even became friends later on.
The method I used here is called TELEPATHY COMMUNICATION. I’m not saying that we should always use this technique. My story is only an example that shows you the power of energy. Nevertheless, You can change people using positive energy, in the form of attitude, positive words, thoughts or just A SMILE. To me this’s the true definition of winning, it’s not only by solving a problem but also saving a life. Picking up someone who’s trapped in negatively and giving them light… We’re not here to create enimes, infact we’re ONE. When you harm others you’re indirectly harming yourself. Plus you’re no longer better than them. So use your energy WISELY. 💕
Dreams can be categorised into 3 groups: Nightmares (what I personally call dream of the devil), Emotional dream and A Message dream; Let’s start with the 1st one, Nightmares. It’s super easy to distinguish a nightmare; since it’s usually frightening and displeasant. However, it’s essential to understand that nightmares are dreams where the devil influence is very high. The devil’s main goal is to disturb you as must as possible. Thus nightmares are unbearable. But don’t sweat it! Nightmares can never hurt you in real life, I mean they’re even fictional sometimes..
Emotional dream; is a self made dream. Just you and your imagination. It depends alot on your emotional state. For example your stress or worry can reflect in such dreams. Emotional dreams are usually fictional and doesn’t cause any harm either. Furthermore, the over thinking of a dream while you’re awake is the problem. As i always mention in my blogs, EVERYTHING IS ENERGY. Negative thoughts are negative energy that will manifest itself into your life. Do yourself a favour and don’t let dreams eat your brain.
Emotional dreams usually contain lot’s of fiction and unexplained signs. Which can be translated from a psychological perspective. Beside, such dream is often forgotten after waking up. Because it’s nothing more than emotions expressing themselves, with the help of your creative mind.
Moving to the last and rare kind of dreams, a message dream. Yes! Dreams can be a message from your creator and No! you don’t have to be any special to receive these dreams. Such dream is very clear. It pretty straight forward, with no hidden messages. The key sign for spotting a message dream is that you won’t feel any unpleasant emotions, when you wake up. Instead It’s very peaceful.

I was in a gathering the other day where everybody BRAGED. Showing off what they have and did. Naturally I just don’t like talking about myself, especially showing off. So i stayed silent. The following days I realized the change in attitude. Obviously the one who showed off the most or in the society’s eyes is “Great” and “Wealthy ” was given respect and honnor. Where for me I was discounted. As a result I got taken by the negativity, not that they harmed me but the act of racism or segregation by itself is negative.
” Just because i dont show off my greatness, doesnt mean i’m not great“. This thought bought me back to my senses. It’s insane how we can think less of ourselves and believe in other’s opinion of us. Yet worst, make it our reality. We live in an age where Trend is stronger than one’s own voice. Indeed, the society tremendously influence how we perceive ourselves. THE ASCH CONFORMITY EXPERIMENT; is a psychological experiment done in the 1950’s. The experiment revealed the degree to which a person’s opinion is influenced by those of groups. It proved that the society can suppress our voice. In fact, people were willing to ignore the reality and give an incorrect answer inorder to conform to the rest of the group. See for yourself ;
You’re great and you don’t need to prove it! No, you don’t need to mimic the fales greatness ( The Greatness measured with materialistic properties, which motivate us to show off and brag instead of act and impact). Greatness is already within you. The true greatness. At the end the only memory will be left of you after you die, is the memories you gave to others. Not your big house or your fancy cars, But how many hearts did you touch. To conclude, just think wiser and become aware of the effect on society on your mind.

Due to my experience, I found that fake people vary in degrees of fakeness. So you find a person who’s fake yet not very harmful, while another is super toxic in nature. Why? Because of the materialistic society we live in. Social media encourages people to become FAKE. It brain washes them with immortality. Thus nowadays everybody is infected with a degree of fakeness.
How to spot a fake person? As i mentioned before, fake people are with levels of fakeness, so they might have some of these trades and not all. The people who’re slightly fake are harder to spot than toxic people. Signs of fake people;
1. Attention seeker; A fake person is always hungry for attention and drama. It have to do with his/her ego nature.
2. Showing off all the time; again this subconscious attitude is done by the ego and sense of being incomplete or less than others.
3. They only respect people with power; here where they ” PLAY DIRTY”! Fake people are manipulative experts and super target focused. If they want something from you, they will do anything to get you to like them. It’s also called being TWO FACED or USING OTHERS .
4. They’re a gossiping machine; Fake people love to gossip. They have a sneaky communication habit, Which is not expressing their opinion honesty or directly.
5. They criticize others to make themselves look good. Fake people are very ego based. They’re unable to love or care for anyone other than themselves. They just think of themselves as superior to everyone.
6. They have a big mouth; Fake people will be the first to give promises and big words, yet do nothing at all. They love playing the HERO or Painting a perfect image of themselves .
7. They’re very reactive; Fake people react over everything! They often look for drama and conflicts. So you might find them a little too nosy.

Lets talk food! It all begun in middle school when I was obese (89 kg). I still remember how I hated the feeling of my thighs touching each other! I wanted to cut my fats with a scissor, literally this is how fast I desired to get rid of my fats. Fast forward i dropped from 89kg to 44 kg in 3 months. I BECAME INSANE! I was slowly drifting into the path of Anorexia. But luckily saved myself out of it, by not following any DIET. Instead I listen to my body. Through it i learned that someone’s diet might not work for you. Indeed our bodies are different. Don’t blindly following others! Experiment with yourself to see what works for you. I believe all these diets are out there for us to benefit from. For example; I have a very sensitive stomach where i can’t digest most things. So a vegan diet worked well for me. White my sister is un-vegan and doing just fine. WE DONT HAVE THE SAME PATH. ACCEPT YOUR DIFFERENCES AND SEEK KNOWLEDGE .
In order to modify your eating habit you need to learn about food. About the benefits and danger of food. This way you limit the excuses of the mind. A general ruling that differentiate good from bad, is the sun. The longer the food is exposed to the sun. The healthier it is. Making green vegetables the most nutritious. While food made in laboratory contain mostly empty calories ( un-nutritions ). I mean JUNK FOOD is called JUNK for a reason. For more information , check Dr Sebi- alkaline food .
Through out my life i found so many things are best as ORGANIC OPTION, that we are fooled by many companies who just want to sell their product. For example the idea of using a shampoo! Our aunt sisters never used a shampoo to keep their hair strong and healthy. Instead they used natural substances like olive oil, coconut oil, milk and egg ( for hair mask). What’s funnier is that every time i washed my hair with shampoo it got more damaged. When i replaced my shampoo with apple cider vinegar, the change was astounding! I surmounted my dead hair! What makes home remedies IDEAL is that they suit everyone. My friend who have a straight hair got the same AMAZING result when using Apple cider vinegar.
- Add 2 to 3 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water .
- wash your hair with Apple cider vinegar.
- Wait 1-2 mins then rinse with water.
- As a result your hair should be strong and shiny.
In case of over use of ACV (acidic) your hair might feel a little too rough, you can balance the error by using a raw food hair mask ( works as a conditioner) or coconut oil / olive oil after the shower. GET CREATIVE! IF YOU CAN’T THEN EMULATE OUR AUNT SISTERS.
So you are depressed! Let me ask you a few questions before you scroll down. Why are you depression? ..Do you actually care about the “thing” that made you depressed? Do you think you can control your life & your depression?
Often people say “You can’t control what happen in the externally, but you can control what happens internally ” what if I told you “you can control both”. The external reality is a reflection of your inner state of being. When you get your inner self healed, the external world will automatically align. The only reason you’re depressed is because you’re focused on the negative. WHAT YOU FOCUS ON YOU SHALL FIND.
The truth is there’s no good or bad, instead everything is neutral by nature. Our mind is the instrument that define good and bad. When your mind patterns is defining everything as BAD no wonder why you’re depressed! Negative thinking patterns produce negative low emotions, such as sadness, depression, anixity and madness..etc These emotions then create a reaction and the reaction set your reality. You’re reaction controls the event, the event doesn’t control your reaction.
To clarify, The reaction you give is the product of an emotion . the emotion is born from a certain mindset or what we call a perspective on life. It’s like a chain reaction where one thing drag the rest. For example when you’re stuck in a traffic jam you can simply enjoy the sunset view ( turning this moment into joy) or dwel on the fact that you’re stuck in the crowd.
The key to happiness is to look at everything as it is. With a neutral perspective. No judgment. Exactly how Shakespeare said ” NOTHING IS GOOD OR BAD BUT THINKING MAKES IT SO “. This is the absolute reality. No situation is either good or bad, instead our thought is what define every situation. When you start perceiving things from a neutral perspective you will realise the sense of ease, because you’re accepting the situation as it is. which will allow energy to flow.
